About Thomas B. Hammond
Mr. Hammond is an alumnus of the University of California, Davis and is a licensed insurance and investment representative. He is a long time resident of the Fair Oaks community and an active member of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce, having held several positions on the board of directors. Mr. Hammond is also the president of Clean and Sober Detox Inc., a substance recovery nonprofit corporation.
