TBH: Personal & Business Benefit Planning has been serving the greater Sacramento community for over 30 years.  We are located in the heart of old Fair Oaks, the community Tom Hammond has lived in Fair Oaks for over 25 years. Although we work with many clients in the community, we also work with many people throughout the region.  From Diamond Springs to Fremont to Indian Wells, all of our clients are treated with the same care and concern.

Thomas B. Hammond was licensed in 1972 and has been building his regional practice in personal and business benefit planning since then. For the past 30 years he has been helping people in the Sacramento area and throughout the central valley plan for their future. Although Tom is knowledgeable in many areas of insurance and securities, he specializes in working with small business owners. Tom assists these clients in understanding the often complicated world of employee benefits, pension plan design and implementation, buy/sell strategies, business valuation, key employee benefits, long-term disability planning, and much more.
